Additional ArtifactI am working towards meeting this standard in my professional career by troubleshooting technology problems that occur within my own classroom. Specifically I have troubleshot many technology problems since incorporating the 1:1 Chromebooks. See below for an example of each.
Software: I always have alternative resources to utilize if one fails to be reached by my students. Hardware: Many times I have a student or two who forgets their Chromebook at home. In these cases I have desktop computers in my classroom for students to access the same activity from. Connectivity: When having connectivity issues I have students complete an alternative assignment or access the internet/resource from their phones. |

Additional ArtifactI am meeting this standard in my professional career by working with my co-teacher in providing digital tools for my students to utilize when completing their project based learning assignment. When we find a tool that we think will assist the students we add it to Google Classroom page for the students to access. Below is a post that we added to the Google Classroom page for the students to utilize.

R531 ArtifactI have met standard 5.B by creating a PowToon video that discusses key aspects of digital citizenship. Additional ArtifactI am working towards meeting this standard in my professional career by working on a lesson in which my students will complete their next project based learning assignment with another student from another school in a different state via Skype. Throughout this project I want my students to gain a better understanding of various cultures and diversity as opposed to only working with students from the same community as them. This is currently a work in progress that I plan to implement during the second half of the year.
